In early 2022, a self-storage developer from Texas approached us with a request to design a self-storage building in Santa Monica. We eagerly accepted the challenge and aimed to create a self-storage facility that didn't resemble a traditional self-storage building. We believe that, in doing so, we have established a new direction for self-storage building design in the Los Angeles area. The project was completed in mid-2024.

This project is a self-storage facility located on the northwest corner of Olympic Blvd and 20th Street. The facility is approximately 26,500 SF with 2 basement levels and 3 above-grade levels of storage. The leasing office on the ground floor will serve customers who wish to lease storage space.

The facility will have 13 parking stalls and 2 large loading areas on the ground floor. Access to the parking/ loading area will be available via a curb cut on Olympic Blvd. All parking and loading areas will be secured by security gates.

There are two large elevators located near the center of the building to help customers move their items to the desired floor. It is anticipated the leasing office will be open Monday through Saturday from the hours of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Building access will be available to existing customers from the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Sunday. The facility is not accessible outside of these hours.
