Silver Lake Self Storage

The Silver Lake self-storage facility is set to be strategically positioned in a low-rise residential neighborhood, complemented by nearby commercial activity. Our design objective focuses on creating a façade that visually scales down the appearance of the building, which encompasses four spacious interior floors as well as two below-grade levels. To achieve this effect, we incorporated a prominent, large opening at the building’s corner, effectively diminishing the perceived height and bulk of the structure.

Furthermore, the design of the first floor has been meticulously planned to enhance pedestrian accessibility and experience. This level includes a welcoming entry point and convenient exit for vehicles, facilitating smooth circulation while ensuring ease of access for all visitors. The leasing office is thoughtfully located on this ground level to provide a friendly and approachable interface for customers, making the facility both functional and inviting.
